These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and DOC 24 Enterprises, LLC ("DOC 24 Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to your use of this website, our financial advisory services, the DOC Fit OS mobile application, and the DOC 24 RCM platform (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Note for business customers: Paid use of the DOC 24 RCM platform is governed by a separate signed Customer Agreement (and, where protected health information is involved, a Business Associate Agreement). Where those signed agreements conflict with these Terms, the signed agreements control.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or an organization. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. The Services
- Website — informational content about DOC 24 Enterprises and our offerings.
- Financial advisory services — engagements governed by a separate engagement letter or statement of work.
- DOC Fit OS — a fitness and coaching application offered under these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- DOC 24 RCM — a revenue cycle management platform for healthcare organizations, offered to business customers under a separate Customer Agreement.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice of material changes that affect paying customers.
3. Accounts and security
Some Services require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law.
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Use the Services to store or transmit protected health information except under a separate signed agreement that authorizes it.
5. Customer data and content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. For the DOC 24 RCM platform, our handling of healthcare data is further governed by the applicable Customer Agreement and Business Associate Agreement.
6. Fees and payment
Some Services are offered for a fee. Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms for paid Services are set out in the applicable order, engagement letter, or Customer Agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of the affected Services.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, text, design, logos, and other materials we provide, are owned by DOC 24 Enterprises or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Services.
8. Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services (for example, hosting, authentication, payment, and email providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Informational content on this website is provided for general purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or tax advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOC 24 Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected Services in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOC 24 Enterprises and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
